PRIVACY & CONSENT
Your details are collected for event registration, examination scheduling and results. They are accessible to authorized organizers. Examination focus events are recorded; no camera, microphone or screen recording is used. Contact the organizers to request correction or deletion. Retention and the official privacy contact require college approval before public launch.
Applicants must confirm that they are in Class 12 and have permission from a parent or guardian if under 18. The college must approve this consent process before public launch.
Focus changes, fullscreen exits and navigation interruptions may be logged. These events cannot prove cheating or detect use of a second device. Network interruptions can be appealed from your dashboard.
Keep the recovery code shown at registration. It is your private account recovery method; organizers never need your password.
